We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your products are delivered promptly and securely. Our primary shipping rates is fixed to PKR.200.

4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment using the tracking link provided through your tracking ID.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with detailed photos of the damage. We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Stolen Packages: Luxury Levels is not responsible for packages reported as delivered but alleged to be stolen. We recommend contacting your local postal service for assistance.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. Luxury Levels is not responsible for delays or mis deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
