Products can be exchanged within 07 days of purchase with their original receipt and tags, but only under these conditions:
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
- If the item doesn’t match the original product specifications or isn’t what you ordered.
To request an exchange, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery by writing to info@luxurylevels.pk or calling at +92-304-0820261.
For a defective item, you’ll need to send photographic evidence to info@luxurylevels.pk or via WhatsApp within 7 days of purchase.
Exchange Procedure
- Please fill in the exchange form provided with your order or contact us at info@luxurylevels.pk or WhatsApp at +92-304-0820261
- Please ship the articles to be exchanged within 07 daysof receiving them. No requests will be entertained after that time.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.
- You can cancel your order at any time before your order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an SMS, and a tracking number so that you can track your order.
- Once an order has been shipped the ‘Returns and Exchanges Policy’ will apply.
