Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Luxury Level’s, we prioritize your happiness and are dedicated to delivering high-quality, error-free products with every purchase.

Products can be exchanged within 07 days of purchase with their original receipt and tags, but only under these conditions:

  1. If the item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
  2. If the item doesn’t match the original product specifications or isn’t what you ordered.

To request an exchange, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery by writing to info@luxurylevels.pk or calling at +92-304-0820261.

For a defective item, you’ll need to send photographic evidence to info@luxurylevels.pk or via WhatsApp within 7 days of purchase.

Exchange Procedure

  • Please fill in the exchange form provided with your order or contact us at info@luxurylevels.pk or WhatsApp at +92-304-0820261
  • Please ship the articles to be exchanged within 07 daysof receiving them. No requests will be entertained after that time.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.
  • You can cancel your order at any time before your order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an SMS, and a tracking number so that you can track your order.
  • Once an order has been shipped the ‘Returns and Exchanges Policy’ will apply.
